Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Elizabeth Pauling Skincare, your satisfaction is our priority.If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund or cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at lizpauling@gmail.com. To be eligible for a refund:
•Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
•Refunds are not available for opened skincare products due to health and safety regulations.
•Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving approved returns.If you purchased a digital service, facial treatment, or consultation, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the service fee.
